Here you will find our unique Meatlover Smoke n' Dry bags that not only let you dryage meat but they also lets smoke aromas through. This makes the bags ideal for when you want to make cold smoked and semi-warm smoked meats that needs to cure afterward.
Just pack your meat in the back, smoke it (while it is in the bag) and then let it cure on a grate in the fridge for as long as you want.

Our unique Meatlover Smoke N’ Dry bags, that allows moisture to get out and smoke aroma to get in. These bags makes it possible to pack the meat, smoke it, and then let it cure afterwards – all without leaving the bag.

These bags comes in long pieces of 5 meters and with a width of 12cm (gives a diameter of around 7,6cm when filled). You simply cut a piece of the bag in the length needed and then seal it in one end, add the meat and vacuum-seal the other end.  This means that no bag-pieces go to waste.

You can make smoked salami in these bags instead of using salami casing.

The bags are certified to withstand up to 140C but we recommend that you will not smoke at temperatures higher than 100C.

Our unique Meatlover Smoke N’ Dry bags makes it possible for liquid to evaporate and at the same time let smoke aroma get into the meat. This feature makes the bags ideal for creating cold-smoked and semi-hot smoked meats and charcuteries.

Simply cure your meats with salt and spices, then pack in this  Smoke n Dry bag. Now you can smoke the meat while it is in the bag – no need to care about getting bacteria or dirt on your meat in the smoke oven. After the smoking process is done, you just leave the meat in the bag and let it cure/dry on a rack in your normal fridge. It’s just that easy. 

Best part: you don’t get any of the smog particles from the smoke on your meat. This makes the final product a lot more healthy. 

These package contains a 3 meter long piece of 25cm wide Smoke n Dry bag. No need to waste any piece of the bag as you simply cut it to fit your meat and then splice the end using your vacuum sealer.
